The general conditions of the Probotanic Slovenia online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The online store Probotanic Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as the store) is managed by the company Probotanic, Tamara Pipić sp, Kosovelova 3, 8250 Brežice, registration number: 9524410000, tax number: SI10493433, which is also a provider of e-business services (hereinafter referred to as the seller).

The general business conditions determine the operation of the Probotanic Slovenia online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the seller and the buyer.

The customer is bound by the general conditions valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). When placing an order, the user confirms his familiarity with the general terms and conditions of business. The general terms and conditions stated on this website also apply to purchases made on the premises of the company or business units and for purchases made in the field.

1. User registration

3. Order

The sales contract between Probotanic Tamara Pipić sp and the buyer in the Probotanic Slovenia online store is concluded the moment the buyer receives the first email about the status of his order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply both to Probotanic Tamara Pipić sp and to the customer.

The sales contract (ie the first order status message) is stored electronically on the Probotanic Slovenia server.

4. Methods of payment

Various payment methods are possible on the website of Probotanic Slovenia. The following payment methods are possible if the buyer is located in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia:

5. Issuance of an invoice

The company Probotanic Tamara Pipić sp sends / issues a printed invoice to the customer upon delivery or personal collection of the ordered items.

The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice.

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We will not consider later complaints regarding issued invoices.

6. Prices

The prices are the same for all users of the Probotanic Slovenia website. You become a user of the Probotanic Slovenia website upon registration when purchasing products for the first time.

All prices include VAT. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity.

Despite our best efforts to provide the most accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the seller will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

7. Payment and credit cards

When paying with a payment or credit card, the following conditions also apply:

the customer's data must correspond to the data indicated on the payment or credit card
after confirmation of the placed order, changes to it are no longer possible.

8. Purchase procedure for natural persons

The customer selects the product in the store by clicking the "Add to cart" button after the selected quantity. When he has finished his purchase, he can click on Payment on the top page of the website. If you are buying for the first time, enter your personal information and the desired delivery address. If he has previously shopped on the Probotanic Slovenia website, his data will be displayed automatically if he is logged into the website. After completing the entry of personal data, the buyer can see the summary of the order, also choose the desired method of delivery and payment and enter the required data. When he is satisfied with the entered data, he clicks on "Complete purchase". After submitting the order, the customer can monitor the status of the order on the Probotanic Slovenia website. When the package has been shipped, the buyer will also be notified by email.

Tamara Pipić sp reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. Tamara Pipić sp can call the customer on his contact phone number to check the data or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. When delivering items that the company does not have in stock in its own warehouse, the company is exclusively bound to the delivery by the manufacturer and to the time in which the manufacturer can deliver the item to Tamara Pipić sp.

Tamara Pipić sp prepares, sends or prepares the article for personal collection within the agreed period. In the e-mail, Tamara Pipić sp also informs the buyer about the policy of withdrawal from the contract, where he can contact in the event of a delivery delay and where he can contact in the event of a complaint.

In the event that the buyer decides to cancel the order in time, he must notify the seller immediately by calling the general assistance telephone number 040/758-224 or via the email address info@probotanic-slovenia.si. If it happens that the order has already been shipped, the buyer rejects the shipment to the delivery service. In the case of personal pickup (when the item is already ready for pickup), the buyer also communicates his wish to cancel via the above-mentioned phone number or via the above email address.

9. Purchase for legal entities

The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that when entering personal data, the buyer enters the company data in the "Company name" field, where he enters the company name, address and tax number of the company.

10. The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

Based on the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of taking over the items that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The deadline starts counting one day after the date of collection of the items.

Withdrawal from the contract is sent by the consumer to the seller's e-mail address: info@probotanic-slovenia.si.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer returns the received item by post to the seller's address: Kosovelova 3, 8250 Brežice.

The return of the received items to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. The consumer may not use the articles unhindered until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect the items to the extent necessary to determine the actual condition. Testing an item that deviates from the stated is considered as using the items, which means that the consumer thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment/package/cargo). The item must be returned to the seller no later than within 30 days of the sent notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).

Payments made will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving the returned items. In order to ensure the certainty, accuracy and timeliness of the refund, as well as to ensure a record of payments, the refund of the payment to the buyer is made exclusively by transfer to his transaction account. Refund of payment in cash is not possible!

11. Delivery

a) Postage costs in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia

The company Tamara Pipić sp has a contract with the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije. Postage is € 5 (VAT included). The delivery time depends on the general conditions of delivery services. The buyer is obliged to settle the postage himself if he orders the order through delivery services with which the company Tamara Pipić sp has a contract. Pošta Slovenije reserves the right to charge additional costs.

b) Postage costs in the area of other European countries

The company Tamara Pipić sp exports its products to most European countries. The company has an active contract with Pošta Slovenije. Pošta Slovenije reserves the right to charge additional costs.

12. Security and protection of personal data

Tamara Pipić sp is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data of the user in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).

Tamara Pipič sp indefinitely stores the following data of members of Probotanic Slovenia: first and last name, email address, contact phone number, primary address for delivery, country of residence, time and date of registration, archive of past orders, company information (if the customer is a legal entity). .

Tamara Pipić sp uses the above personal data exclusively for the needs of fulfilling the order (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication with the customer.

Under no circumstances will the user's data be handed over to unauthorized third parties.

The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data, namely by ensuring the security of his e-mail address, username and password, as well as adequate anti-virus protection of his computer.

13. Communication

Tamara Pipić sp will contact the user via means of remote communication only if the user does not expressly oppose it, and in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1.

14. Ratings, opinions and recommendations

Opinions, evaluations and recommendations written by customers are part of the functionality of the online store and are intended for the community of all users.

The Probotanic Slovenia website allows any user of the online store to write an opinion. Probotanic Slovenia does not allow the publication of opinions or contributions that are in any way offensive, inappropriate or that, in the opinion of the Probotanic Slovenia website, do not provide benefits to other users and visitors.

By submitting an opinion or comment, the user expressly agrees to the terms of use of his opinion or comment and the website of Probotanic Slovenia (the company Tamara Pipić sp) allows the publication of part or the entire text in all electronic and other media. Probotanic (Tamara Pipić sp) has the right to use the content of the opinion or comment indefinitely and for any purpose that is in the business interest of Tamara Pipić sp, including publication in advertisements or other marketing communications. The author of the opinion simultaneously declares and guarantees that he is the owner of the material and moral copyrights for the written opinions and comments and that he transfers these rights non-exclusively and indefinitely to Tamara Pipić sp.

In case of problems, he first tries to find a mutual solution. In case of disputes that cannot be resolved mutually between the partners, the trial will take place in the competent court in Novi Mesto.
